Recommended use: 3 times per week for 20-30 minutes.
For extra intensive treatment use your foot lotion before slipping on the gel booty's.
The non skid silicone feet will help you avoid slipping and sliding while wearing your gel booty's.

Application Advice

We recomend you use the gel product for at least 20 minutes and as often as you wish. For optimal benefit use for up to 40 treatments and then replace with a new pair.Since you only wear them for short periods, wash only when they really need it.Hand wash with a mild soap and let dry naturally. Do not squeeze or wring them.Sprinkle a little powder on the gel matrix before reusing. When not using the gel product place them back in the GeLuscious case and store in a cool place.
