    I also confirm that if the order does eventually arrive I will advise Serenity Beauty Ltd immediately.

    I accept that the Royal Mail may also write to me to confirm non receipt and I agree to reply to their enquiry and to send a copy to Serenity Beauty Ltd.

    I understand that if the Royal Mail advises Serenity Beauty Ltd of no reply being received to their non receipt enquiry and if Serenity Beauty have not received a copy either, then Serenity Beauty Ltd will wish to charge my card for the replacements sent.
